Delivery Methods
On Independenciaroma.com you can choose to have your order delivered to the address you prefer. The jewels and other items on the site are delivered in their original packaging and accompanied by a guarantee on the materials.
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday and delivery takes place within the following times from the date of dispatch:
Italy within 1-3 working days;
Europe within 3-6 working days;
Rest of the World within 6-12 working days;
Please note that delivery times start from the moment of shipment, of which the customer receives notification via email, and not from when the order is placed on the site.
Delivery takes place only on working days and not during holidays. Any delays due to the courier or third parties are not attributable to us.
During sales and promotions or during the Christmas period, order processing by our warehouse may be slowed down due to the higher volume of products to be shipped.
Shipping costs and customs duties
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the package.
In the case of shipments outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for the related customs duties that may be charged according to the laws in force in the country of destination of the package.
In Italy, shipping costs are free for orders over €200.
In the United States and all parts of the Rest of the World, shipping is free for orders over €400.
